Debt Finance Associate

Overview

In this role you will join a leading global law firm’s debt finance team in London, advising on syndicated lending, acquisition finance, refinancings and other complex domestic and international financings. You will work alongside market-leading practitioners, gaining early responsibility and direct client exposure on high-value, cross-border transactions. This position offers the chance to build profile within an international practice while handling sophisticated financing matters from day one. You will contribute to multi-jurisdictional deals that shape significant market activity and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advise on financing transactions including syndicated lending, acquisition finance, refinancings and other complex financings
• Collaborate with senior practitioners on high-value, cross-border matters
• Engage directly with clients and take on responsibility early in the role
• Contribute to multi-jurisdictional deal execution in a leading international practice

Key requirements

• 2–5 years PQE
• strong debt finance experience at a leading law firm
• experience advising on a range of financing transactions
