Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager – MEP

In this role you will support the delivery of Data Centre projects as a cost manager, focusing on MEP costs and contractual governance. You will work with clients, contractors and project teams to protect budget and drive commercial excellence. The opportunity combines technical cost control with client relationship development in a high-growth data centre practice. Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of Data Centre projects.
• Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying & Cost Management duties.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver on budget.
• Client relationship management and development.
• Comply with established Commercial, Procurement, Contractual strategies.
• Execute duties efficiently according to processes and procedures.

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
• Chartered / Professionally Qualified (MRICS or equivalent), or studying toward
• Experience of supporting/delivery of MEP packages
• Data Centre experience
