Overview

In this Product Manager role, you will define the product vision and strategy, partnering with clients and cross-functional delivery teams to build valuable digital products. You’ll own roadmaps and backlogs, prioritise work, and ensure outcomes align with user needs and business goals. You’ll operate in an agile setting, guiding stakeholders and driving iterative improvements to deliver measurable value. This role sits within Solirius Reply’s Business Consulting team, offering exposure to diverse projects across public and private sectors and opportunities to influence product delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with user and client objectives
  • Develop, maintain and prioritise the product roadmap to maximise value
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog for delivery teams
  • Collaborate with BAs, User Researchers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA Engineers and Delivery Managers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs
  • Make evidence-based product decisions using customer feedback, analytics and research
  • Define objectives, success metrics and KPIs
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and prioritisation within Agile teams
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with clear priorities, trade-offs and delivery plans
  • Support product discovery, validating ideas to solve real user problems
  • Drive continuous improvement via iterative delivery and customer feedback

Key requirements

  • Proven experience as Product Manager, Product Owner or similar digital product role
  • Experience defining vision, strategy and roadmaps for digital products or services
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Experience prioritising backlogs to maximise value
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, UX, BA, Delivery)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to use customer insight, analytics and user research to inform decisions
  • Commercial awareness balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
  • Interest in technology and practical application of its tools
  • Experience delivering digital transformation projects in public sector or consultancy is advantageous
