AI Solutions Architect

Overview

As an AI Solutions Architect at eGain, you will translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled knowledge solutions. You’ll design architectures that integrate the eGain AI Knowledge Hub with enterprise systems, supporting customer service, agent assistance, and field operations. You’ll work with Fortune 500 clients and government agencies to shape how knowledge fuels enterprise AI initiatives. You’ll lead technical workshops and drive trust with IT and business stakeholders. This is a chance to influence large-scale AI deployments and accelerate knowledge-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-powered knowledge solutions based on the eGain AI Knowledge Method
• Integrate eGain AI Knowledge Hub with other enterprise systems
• Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions with customer stakeholders

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 to 5 years as a Solutions Architect implementing enterprise solutions for large organizations
• Proven experience deploying and optimizing AI applications in production enterprise environments
• Ability to lead technical workshops, translate business requirements into architecture, and earn trust from IT and business stakeholders
