Enterprise, Solutions Consultant

Overview

In this role you will serve as a solutions expert for Navan Expense, enabling post-sales expansion with enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance and Operations to implement the Expense solution, drive adoption, and help clients realize value through policy efficiencies and ERP integrations. Your accounting/finance background will anchor client advisory and product feedback, helping Navan scale its multi-market, multi-product platform. You’ll influence revenue growth by aligning customer needs with product and implementation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a solutions SME to support Account Managers and resolve policy/finance-automation questions
• Lead implementation of Navan Expense for enterprise customers and enable ERP integrations
• Train and elevate Account Management on value proposition and product capabilities to drive usage
• Collaborate cross-functionally (product, finance, operations, implementation) to drive product development and customer outcomes

Key requirements

• 4+ years of accounting/finance background with ERP integrations or month-end close experience
• 3+ years as Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager, or Professional Services Consultant in fintech with large strategic customers
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
• Proven track record of high performance and success
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally
