Overview

In this role you will develop customized asset allocation solutions for high‑net‑worth client portfolios and implement discretionary quantitative strategies. You’ll collaborate with PWM and ISG peers to collect client data, analyze holdings, and prepare client-ready analyses and presentations. You will contribute to asset allocation research and support on marketing materials and client reporting. The position offers exposure to portfolio implementation, risk monitoring, and cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Compliance and Technology within a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized asset allocation solutions and implement discretionary quantitative strategies
• Collect client information, analyze portfolios and generate client-ready asset allocation analyses
• Produce research reports and presentations on asset allocation and individual asset classes
• Provide asset allocation guidance to the Private Wealth Management team
• Assist business development through marketing materials and client performance reports
• Support portfolio implementation, onboarding discussions, and changes to investment management agreements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Technology)
• Monitor portfolios and rebalance to predefined risk parameters, assist with trading

Key requirements

• Master in Finance with quantitative focus
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills; undergrad in STEM or quantitative field (Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science)
• Python proficiency; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of academic research and financial markets
• Effective communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Strong interpersonal skills and client engagement
