TikTok Shop – CBT Operations & Seller Operations Manager – UK

Overview

In this role, you will lead CBT operations across the UK network, spanning 11 sites, to ensure stable performance and scalable growth. You will optimize seller onboarding, adoption, and experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. The position focuses on improving efficiency, lead time, and parcel visibility, with a strong emphasis on data-driven problem solving. You will act as a bridge between operations and seller success to support CBT growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CBT operations across the UK network (11 sites) and manage on-site performance
• Establish site KPIs and SOPs; perform root-cause analysis for service failures
• Coordinate with logistics providers and on-site teams for capacity, staffing, and peak-period planning
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, lead time, parcel visibility, and seller experience
• Manage CBT seller operations including onboarding, education, issue resolution, and performance improvement
• Provide hyper-care support for ~1,600 sellers and onboard 40–50 new sellers weekly
• Analyze seller-level logistics performance to identify blockers to adoption and order growth
• Build scalable onboarding, communication, and self-service mechanisms
• Collaborate with Account Management, Carrier Operations, Product, Governance, and other teams to resolve issues and support CBT growth
• Translate seller feedback into product, process, and logistics capability improvements

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years in logistics operations, warehouse/site operations, seller operations, or e-commerce operations
• Strong understanding of parcel logistics operations (first mile, handover, scanning, sorting, linehaul, last-mile)
• Proven ability to execute operations and manage multiple sites and stakeholders
• Strong seller communication and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to identify issues through performance analysis
