Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will support a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a c.£20m high-end new build care home scheme. You will work within a London-based office of a national contractor, contributing to a varied workload and development opportunities. This position suits a QS looking to progress while gaining experience on retail, refurbishment and new build projects. You will help manage costs and procurement to support project success and delivery.

Responsibilities

• assist on cost control and valuation on a c.£20m care home scheme
• support procurement activities and subcontractor liaison
• assist with measurement, cost reporting and financial administration
• collaborate with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure project targets are met

Key requirements

• Quantity Surveyor experience
• ability to work under a Senior Quantity Surveyor
