Production Excellence Senior Supervisor

Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to oversee operations by analyzing failures and lost production and implementing solutions to improve systems, standard work and processes
• Coordinate deployment of technology solutions with safety, food safety, quality, capacity, reliability, and cost considerations
• Lead the implementation and optimization of production excellence processes and components
• Lead and implement proactive maintenance and reliability and continuous improvement activities for a less complex site or a single more complex department
• Ensure alignment of local and departmental stakeholders including operations, environmental and supply chain
• Measure and monitor readiness and implement process improvement processes and procedures
• Oversee execution of measurement processes and monitor variances and corrections
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports, coaching and decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Related work experience with plant operations and process optimization
• Supervisory experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
