Director, Client Executive

Overview

In this role you will manage and grow strategic relationships with Alternative Investment Managers, translating their needs into coordinated solutions across Asset Servicing and broader banking capabilities. You will own client accounts from origination to delivery, shaping plans that align with BNY’s Alternatives growth strategy. You will work across jurisdictions and product areas to drive tangible commercial outcomes, contributing to a wider enterprise client proposition.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic Alternative relationships with deep sector expertise.
• Understand clients’ investment strategies, structures and operating models across Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, infrastructure, hedge funds, secondaries and evergreen/semi-liquid products.
• Translate client needs into capabilities across Asset Servicing, Markets, liquidity, FX, Credit, Financing and Corporate Trust.
• Maintain ownership from origination through onboarding and delivery, ensuring viable, executable opportunities.
• Develop and execute client account plans aligned to sales strategy and fund structures across jurisdictions.

Key requirements

• Significant experience with sophisticated Alternative Investment Managers.
• Strong track record in senior relationship management and client coverage.
• Deep knowledge of Alternative Investments and operating models of Alternative Asset Managers.
• Solid understanding of Asset Servicing, Custody and Fund Administration plus adjacent banking capabilities (Markets, Liquidity, Treasury, Credit, Financing, Corporate Trust).
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across global organisations and multiple jurisdictions.
