Overview

In this Director role, you will lead high-impact financial services regulatory advisory work, translating regulation into strategic business advice. You’ll collaborate with Partners and senior clients to navigate complex regulatory challenges, shaping proposals and new offerings. The position sits at a fast-growing specialist consultancy that blends regulation, commercial strategy and innovative business models. You’ll help build the Financial Services practice and develop your external profile in a high-exposure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex financial-services regulatory advisory engagements
  • Collaborate with Partners and senior client stakeholders
  • Advise CEOs, boards, investors and other senior decision-makers
  • Structure ambiguous regulatory and commercial problems
  • Lead small teams of professionals and SMEs
  • Contribute to proposals, business development and relationship building
  • Develop thought leadership and external profile
  • Help shape new advisory propositions and areas
  • Play an active role in building the Financial Services practice
  • Potential accelerated progression toward Partner
