Overview

In this role you lead full-service clinical projects in oncology within a CRO setting, overseeing global/regional trials from proposal through completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, budgets, and timelines, and ensure quality and adherence to scope. Responsibilities

• Lead full-service clinical projects within global/regional (Ph I–IV) oncology trials
• Act as primary client liaison and contribute to proposals, strategy, costing, and bid defence
• Oversee all functional areas (data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, biostatistics)
• Prepare and present project status updates and performance metrics
• Coordinate study team efforts and ensure timely delivery within budget and scope
• Develop and review protocols and study documents (plans, informed consents, budgets, contracts)

Key requirements

• CRO background with full-service/global PM experience in clinical trials
• Experience in oncology trials
• GCP/ICH knowledge and clinical development process understanding
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Proven computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and systems (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS)
• Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external teams
• Understanding of medical terminology and trial activities in a development plan
