Finance Analytics & AI Manager

Overview

In this role you design the data architecture and the AI underpinning enterprise performance management (EPM) for finance. You bridge EPM platforms with modern data platforms and AI to sharpen planning and forecasting. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery on marquee programmes, shaping architecture, governance and value for the CFO agenda. This is a chance to influence how finance runs on AI-enabled data foundations within a leading global firm.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EPM solution architecture including models, dimensions and business rules
• Lead platform selection and architecture discussions across Oracle EPM, OneStream, Anaplan
• Define target finance data architecture linking actuals, drivers, assumptions and forecasts
• Direct engineers on pipelines, integration and data quality related to EPM and finance data
• Design AI and ML use cases for predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, automated variance analysis and AI-generated commentary
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery across discovery, architecture, deployment, adoption and hypercare
• Build and nurture relationships with CFOs and finance leaders to identify opportunities and scale assets

Key requirements

• Deep command of enterprise performance management (planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and close)
• Hands-on experience with leading EPM platforms (Oracle EPM, OneStream, Anaplan)
• Experience integrating EPM with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, Databricks)
• Track record of data, analytics or AI-enabled finance solutions including predictive forecasting and generative/ agentic use cases
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs and modern data-integration technologies; some exposure to Python or ML platforms
• Relevant EPM, cloud-data or AI certifications
• Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
