Senior Land & Development Manager – London – 65k – 80k + bonus + package

Overview

In this role you will support the Land Director to ensure a steady stream of land for residential projects in London. You will oversee development management from site assessment through to handover at production, working across internal and external teams. The position emphasizes building a strong London network to source opportunities and drive growth for the division. It offers a chance to influence land strategy within a reputable London developer and to shape the delivery of high‑quality residential schemes.

Responsibilities

Key requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in land acquisition and development management of residential-led schemes
