Bid Writer / Bid Developer – Major Bids Team

In this role you will craft high‑quality bid submissions for Turners & Townsend’s Major Bids Team, shaping clear, persuasive client narratives. You will translate complex technical content into compelling responses aligned with client needs and scoring criteria. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure consistency and a strong value proposition. Responsibilities

• Write and develop technical bid responses aligned to ITT requirements and timelines
• Incorporate local knowledge, evidence, and brand-aligned writing to target client needs
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for a coherent final submission
• Lead content planning sessions and storyboarding for major responses
• Ensure submissions pass internal QA and governance processes
• Analyse completed bids to identify high‑scoring content and improve the library
• Contribute ideas to support continuous improvement
