Overview
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a varied portfolio of high-value disputes within a specialist disputes team. You will advise a broad range of clients, draft and review documents, and navigate complex litigation to deliver commercially-focused outcomes. The role offers exposure to insurance, professional negligence, and construction disputes in a collaborative, growth-oriented firm. You will work closely with colleagues, clients, and external counsel to maintain a high standard of service and develop your expertise.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes from start to finish
- Advise clients on complex and high-value matters
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and case preparation
- Liaise with clients, Counsel and third parties
- Deliver practical, commercially focused advice and maintain high service standards
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE
- experience managing own caseload of commercial disputes
- strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent drafting, communication and negotiation skills
- organised, proactive, and autonomous in handling caseloads
