HR Process Expert – Recruiting & Onboarding (M/F/X)

Overview

In this global role, you will shape and standardise DHL Supply Chain’s end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes to be efficient, scalable, and compliant. You’ll apply process design, data insight, and automation to improve how HR, IT, and vendors collaborate across regions. This position emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, and user adoption to deliver consistent, technology-enabled candidate experiences. You’ll contribute to sustainable solutions that support growth and operational efficiency, beyond day-to-day hiring activity.

Responsibilities

• Shape, govern and continuously improve global recruiting and onboarding processes
• Design, optimise and standardise end-to-end processes for efficiency and scalability
• Drive automation, governance and user adoption initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, IT, product owners, and external vendors across regions
• Identify opportunities to enhance ways of working and maximize technology investment
• Ensure processes are compliant and aligned with business needs
• Support project activities like UAT, implementation and digital transformation
• Focus on process management rather than direct hiring activity

Key requirements

• Experience in HR, business process improvement, project management, or HR systems environments
• Strong understanding of process design, optimisation, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to translate requirements into practical designs
• Knowledge of HR technology and recruitment systems, ideally Oracle Cloud, Phenom, or Avature
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with cross-regional influence
• Experience supporting projects, process change initiatives, UAT, implementation, or digital transformation
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
