As an HR Business Partner for the UK, you align local people strategies with store operations and EU HQ. You drive organisational transformation, employee engagement, and HR excellence across stores while balancing operational, tactical, and strategic priorities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape fair, effective people solutions and support digital and workforce initiatives. This role offers hybrid working and regional collaboration within a global brand focused on people and performance.

Responsibilities
- Organisational Transformation & Development: collaborate with Store Operations and EU HQ to drive local projects and improve engagement; support digital transformation and process/tool improvements.
- HR Advisory & Employee Relations: provide hands-on ER support, advise on disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance and investigations; manage external ER matters and governance.
- Payroll & HR Analytics: use data to inform decisions; ensure competitive compensation and benefits policies; evaluate processes for efficiency and system utilisation.
- Learning & Development: partner with L&D to drive culture, leadership development and talent management aligned with expansion plans.
- Recruitment: manage store recruiting projects with Store Operations; collect hiring plans and support recruitment processes and tools; coordinate local UMK recruitment programme with Talent Acquisition.
- Governance & Risk: HR data management, governance of compensation/benefits/ER, regulatory training; ensure compliant operations across stores.
- Operational Excellence: ensure HR standards across stores, regular store visits, and continuous improvements in hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
Key requirements
- Holistic HR experience with broad knowledge across Leadership, People & Talent, Performance, D&I, Compensation & Benefits, and Competence Management.
- Proven coaching and stakeholder engagement to support organisational change.
- Strong business acumen and ability to link HR strategy with business outcomes; cross-cultural experience preferred.
- Ability to build trust and credibility across multiple teams; strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Change management experience and a hands-on, proactive approach.
