Overview

As Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the global recruiting function, shaping a modern, scalable hiring experience and aligning hiring with business growth. You will partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to drive workforce plans, implement Workday Recruiting, and advance AI-enabled sourcing and analytics to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience. You’ll lead change across recruiting operations, develop teams, and strengthen employer branding in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Talent Acquisition function, defining strategy, delivery, tech adoption, and performance against hiring goals
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, HRBPs, budget stakeholders, and People Technology partners to align workforce plans with business needs
  • Drive implementation, optimization, and adoption of Workday Recruiting and related workflows
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment across regions, from requisitions to onboarding handoff
  • Define and evolve an AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting strategy using automation and talent intelligence
  • Standardize processes, optimize ATS, and improve pipeline analytics and recruitment efficiency
  • Evaluate and implement emerging recruiting technologies, including AI tools for sourcing and productivity
  • Establish metrics for efficiency and effectiveness (time to fill, funnel health, quality of hire, etc.)
  • Set standards for responsible and ethical use of AI in hiring (fairness, transparency, compliance)
  • Lead change management, user adoption, training, and operational readiness across recruiters and hiring managers
  • Coach recruiters and TA leaders to build capability in consultative partnership, data literacy, AI fluency, and modern practices

Key requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading talent acquisition across a broad team or portfolio
  • Strong leadership and business partnering skills with cross-functional collaboration
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience leading Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise ATS implementations
  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI and recruiting technologies without compromising candidate experience or compliance
  • Proven ability to use AI-enabled tools, automation, and analytics to improve sourcing and outcomes
  • Strategic judgment in guiding sourcing, talent insights, and hiring decisions in competitive markets
  • Knowledge of best practices in structured screening, inclusive interviewing, and candidate experience
  • Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience leading change management and process redesign in recruiting transformation
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles and ethical considerations
