Overview

In this HR Consultant role, you will work across seniority levels to shape HR and workforce transformation for major programmes. You’ll engage with client and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse data, and deliver high-quality recommendations. You’ll contribute to business development and internal knowledge sharing while leading or supporting project teams. The role sits within Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, offering exposure to cutting-edge HR technology and operating models. Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships with internal and client stakeholders
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and meetings to scope and deliver projects
• Conduct research and data analysis to generate actionable insights
• Prepare high-quality deliverables (documents/presentations) with client recommendations
• Support business development via proposals and account teams
• Contribute to internal practice development through methodology and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• DV (Developed Vetting) clearance
• 3-10+ years’ experience in HR consulting or related fields
• Strong understanding of HR value and function in business context
• Experience in analysing future capabilities and people trends; improving business performance and employee experience
• Experience designing and implementing HR service delivery and operating models
• Experience with HR technology and analysing HR requirements to enable technology solutions
