Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will advise owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and larger corporates on corporate matters. You’ll handle transactions from instruction to completion and work with colleagues across the firm to build strong client relationships. Responsibilities

• Advise a varied client base on corporate transactions and general company law
• Manage matters from instruction through completion, including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, restructures, shareholder arrangements, and joint ventures
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the growth of the practice
• Support delivery of high-quality, commercially-focused legal advice

Key requirements

• 3–6 years’ PQE in corporate transactions and company law
• Solid drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage transactions with autonomy
• Commercially minded, solutions-focused with strong organisational and communication skills
