Responsibilities
- Manage and assess system-level issues from lab testing, integration and flight trials
- Lead technical investigations and redesign activities per project priorities
- Create realistic delivery plans and secure resource alignment with Engineering Management
- Ensure adherence to Lifecycle Management and project engineering processes
- Collaborate with Engineering Management and Chief Engineers to enable quick decisions
- Establish and maintain cross-disciplinary communications across project and engineering teams
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Ensure the team is equipped and supported to meet commitments
