CONTRACT BIM COORDINATOR

Overview

In this role you will coordinate BIM delivery across civil and structural projects within a leading engineering consultancy. You will work with engineering teams to manage multidisciplinary models, detect and resolve clashes, and ensure ISO 19650 compliance throughout the design process. The position is office-based in Central London on a long-term contract with immediate start, offering hands-on BIM support and practical problem-solving. You will contribute to high‑caliber projects by maintaining cohesive data management and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM across multidisciplinary projects
• Review and manage models from civil and structural teams
• Identify and resolve clashes between models
• Maintain ISO 19650 compliance and standards
• Provide practical BIM support throughout the design process
• Liaise with civil and structural engineering teams to ensure alignment

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 (or comparable CDE platforms)
• Solid understanding of BIM delivery in a civil/structural environment
• Strong capability in clash detection and model coordination
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards
