Consultant – Senior Consultant, Organisational Workforce Transformation, People Transformation, Defence & Security

Overview

In this role you will drive organisational workforce transformation for complex programmes, collaborating with client teams and internal practice groups. You will analyse issues, shape recommendations, and lead transformation work streams while supporting business development and knowledge sharing. You’ll develop plans, manage delivery of end-to-end initiatives, and contribute to practice development in a fast-paced, security-cleared environment. This is an opportunity to impact large-scale change across public sector and private sector clients, with hybrid working in Bristol, London or Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Analyse problems and develop recommendations drawing on experience, industry knowledge, and tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Deloitte and client organisations
• Support business development and contribute to proposals and account teams
• Contribute to internal practice development through propositions, methodology and knowledge sharing
• Develop work plans for client engagements and lead delivery of defined objectives
• Scope and lead components of end-to-end transformational activities in various programme contexts
• Deliver and lead transformation activities across diverse projects contexts

Key requirements

• 3-8+ years’ experience in organisational/workforce transformation or related consulting
• Active UK SC or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
• Experience across Digital and Workforce Change, Organisational Design, and Service Design / Business Analysis
• Ability to work with stakeholders internally and at client organisations
• Proven ability to deliver quality under time pressure
