In this role, you will support a leading IP team in Bristol handling UK, EU and international trademark matters for a diverse client base. You will work on brand protection across lifecycle stages, including prosecution, oppositions, and enforcement, in a collaborative, client‑focused environment. Responsibilities

• Advising on trade mark clearance, protection and brand strategy
• Managing UK, EU and international trade mark portfolios and prosecution matters
• Handling oppositions, invalidity and revocation proceedings
• Supporting enforcement actions and online brand protection programmes
• Building client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE with experience in private practice advising on UK and EU trade mark matters
• Strong academics, excellent communication skills and a pragmatic commercial approach
• Organised, client focused, able to manage multiple matters
