Overview

In this role you lead the delivery of commercial contracting projects for diverse clients, combining legal expertise with project and relationships management. You will coordinate with Legal Advisory and the offshore delivery centre to shape contract management solutions and drive efficiency. You assess risk, ensure high-quality service, and support CLM implementations while fostering collaboration across global teams. Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of contracting projects including contract review and negotiation
  • Develop contract templates and playbooks; support CLM implementation
  • Act as SME to assess contractual risk and manage escalations
  • Provide oversight and project management support to clients and India delivery centre
  • Foster collaboration with legal teams, clients, and offshore teams
  • Support business development and drive continuous improvement through legal technology and process innovation

Key requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with approximately 3-5 years PQE in commercial contracts
  • Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Experience with legal technology, CLM platforms or tech-enabled legal service delivery
