In this role you will translate Knight Frank’s Talent Development strategy into practical, high-quality solutions that build capability and support career growth. You’ll combine strategic design with hands-on delivery, working across governance, stakeholders and external partners during a period of transformation. You will drive tangible outcomes for the business and our people, balancing strategic thinking with execution. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Talent Management & Development to deliver and embed the Talent Development strategy
  • Design, implement and continuously improve talent development initiatives across the employee lifecycle
  • Translate business priorities and feedback into practical development solutions
  • Ensure initiatives align with business priorities, culture ambitions and the Talent & Culture Strategy
  • Identify opportunities to modernise and enhance the colleague learning and development experience
  • Lead and manage learning and development programmes across multiple audiences and career stages
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and maintain learning solutions
  • Establish governance, project plans, timelines, risk management and delivery processes
  • Coordinate pilots, launches, feedback cycles and continuous improvement activities
  • Manage relationships with external learning providers and delivery partners
  • Act as the operational contact for key vendor relationships
  • Monitor performance, quality, delivery standards and commercial commitments
  • Partner with Procurement on vendor selection, onboarding, evaluation and renewal
  • Build strong relationships across the business, HR and external partners
  • Use talent and learning data to evaluate effectiveness and inform decision-making
  • Monitor programme outcomes and business impact measures
  • Lead, coach and develop team members supporting Talent Development
  • Support delivery of Talent Development priorities and balance strategic, tactical and operational work
  • Champion a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach prioritising outcomes over hierarchy

Key requirements

  • Experience managing learning, leadership development or organisational development initiatives
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Experience with learning technologies, platforms and LMS administration
  • Strong programme and project management capability
  • Experience managing external vendors and delivery partners
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and data literacy skills
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of organisational priorities
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience leading and developing individuals or teams
