Overview
In this role you will join a respected boutique firm in Gloucestershire, focusing on complex, high-value property disputes. You will work within an experienced property disputes team on a broad caseload spanning adverse possession, boundary issues, covenants, easements, and related real estate conflicts. The position offers close collaboration with senior practitioners and clear pathways for professional development in a niche area. You will contribute to delivering specialist, client-facing dispute resolution and strategic advice.
Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload of contentious property matters (adverse possession, boundary/disputes, restrictive covenants, easements, proprietary estoppel, co-ownership/TOLATA, development disputes, possession proceedings, telecoms and code rights, mortgage disputes, professional negligence claims)
- Provide technical analysis and strategic input on complex disputes
- Maintain and progress caseload with appropriate supervision and planning
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Support senior practitioners and contribute to development of the practice
Key requirements
- 3-6 years PQE with solid property litigation or real estate disputes experience
- Strong technical understanding of contentious property matters
- Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
