Overview
In this role you will lead international clinical trials in infectious diseases, immunology, and oncology, coordinating cross-functional teams across regions. You’ll ensure on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and strong vendor partnerships, contributing to a global health mission. The position blends leadership with hands-on trial oversight, data-driven optimization, and rigorous project governance. It offers meaningful impact through complex studies and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, with on-site presence three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage international clinical trial projects, ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute trial protocols effectively
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to meet project milestones
- Partner with stakeholders across safety, regulatory, and supply chain functions to align strategies
- Analyze trial data and performance to optimize processes and outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global sites and investigators
