Project Manager – Luxury Villa / Office Fit Outs – Dubai

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of luxury villa and premium office projects from concept to handover, coordinating with consultants, authorities and senior stakeholders. You will drive governance, timelines and budgets while maintaining high quality standards in an international setting. You will work closely with the Chairman’s Office on prestigious developments and help shape expansion into larger real estate ventures. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of luxury villa and premium corporate office projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate and drive consultants, architects, designers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and project risks to ensure successful delivery
• Review designs and technical submissions to maintain project objectives and quality standards
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders
• Manage procurement, tender evaluations and consultant/contractor performance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and governance requirements
• Collaborate with senior leadership on project strategy and execution
• Support future expansion into larger real estate and international development projects

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering high-end luxury villas, premium office fit-outs, hospitality or luxury retail projects
• Recent UAE experience is mandatory
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline (preferred)
• Strong track record managing consultants, contractors, authorities and senior stakeholders independently
• Excellent understanding of approvals, procurement, contract administration and project delivery
• Experience in premium, detail-driven environments with focus on quality and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive leadership in international contexts
