Overview

As Welcome Host you will be the first point of contact for occupiers, visitors and guests, delivering a premium hospitality-led experience while helping to foster a connected building community. You will collaborate with management, facilities and service partners to ensure seamless delivery and support occupier events and initiatives. The role blends front-of-house service with relationship building, admin tasks and feedback collection to enhance the overall experience. It’s a people-focused, service-driven position at 24 Lombard Street with a clear impact on daily occupier satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional and welcoming experience for occupiers, visitors and guests
  • Provide proactive, personalised support and anticipate customer needs to ensure an exceptional journey
  • Act as a key contact for occupier enquiries, resolving issues and escalating as needed
  • Collaborate with building management, facilities and service partners for seamless service
  • Support promotion and delivery of occupier events, activations and community initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of building amenities, occupiers and local services to enhance the experience
  • Coordinate daily front of house activities and ensure smooth handovers
  • Complete administrative tasks, reporting, logs and checklists accurately
  • Gather occupier feedback and contribute ideas to improve the building experience

Key requirements

  • Experience in front of house, hospitality, customer service or customer experience
  • Strong customer service skills and genuine passion for helping people
  • Experience engaging with customers or stakeholders in a professional setting
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a premium hospitality-led environment (desirable)
  • Experience with events, occupier engagement programmes or community initiatives (desirable)
  • Familiarity with customer engagement or workplace experience platforms (desirable)
  • Education: English proficiency and admin/organisational skills (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard workplace technology systems (desirable)
