Overview

In this role you will manage day-to-day operations of a stabilized mid-rise property, leading the on-site team to meet budgeted financial and operational goals. You will ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations while driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will coordinate budgeting, leasing, maintenance, and owner communications to deliver results. This opportunity combines hands-on property leadership with strategic oversight in a large, service-driven platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and maintain high standards across the community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and influence property budgets; analyze financials and market data
  • Manage rent collection, postings, and monthly financial reporting
  • Approve invoices, reconcile vendors, and manage insurance verification
  • Oversee lease enforcement, renewals, inspections, and notices
  • Gathers market trends and implements leasing strategies to hit occupancy targets
  • Address resident questions and service issues to promote satisfaction
  • Oversee maintenance team performance and on-site safety/appearance
  • Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; manage performance
  • Maintain owner relationships with updates and property tours
  • Complete accounting and administrative reports as needed

Key requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to drive on-site golf cart
