Commercial & Investment Bank Finance & Risk – Program Management – Vice President

Overview

In this role you drive strategic transformation within JPMorganChase by leading program governance for Finance and Risk initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Risk and Technology to ensure timely delivery and robust governance across multiple lines of business. You help shape complex programs from inception to execution, balancing business needs with risk controls. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence cross-functional outcomes in a global banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the program lifecycle
• Create charters, resourcing plans, and clearly defined roles
• Establish and evolve governance structures
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Risk, Legal, and analytics offices
• Coordinate working groups, set agendas, and document outcomes
• Plan, track and deliver project execution and outputs
• Prepare governance materials and regulatory presentations
• Implement project management tools and processes per controls library
• Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies
• Communicate status via scorecards
• Collaborate with technology teams to meet business requirements

• Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Robust understanding of Commercial & Investment Bank products and processes

• Diligence and ability to work independently
• Experience managing cross-functional or end-to-end projects and defining business requirements and implementing solutions with Technology
