IB Digital Assets Business and Initiative manager

Overview

In this role you will drive the strategy and delivery of UBS’s Digital Assets products within the Investment Bank. You will liaise with senior stakeholders, traders, and clients to shape the roadmap and business cases, monitoring ROI across the product lifecycle. You will partner with Technology and Logistics to deliver initiatives and orchestrate launches from pilot to full market release. You work across multiple desks and delivery units to ensure compliant, scalable digital assets offerings. This role offers the chance to influence a growing digital assets agenda at a global bank and leverage AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with senior business stakeholders to develop and implement the Digital Assets product roadmap
• Build business cases by identifying target markets and revenue potential and monitor ROI throughout the lifecycle
• Understand client needs, drive adoption, and present strategy to senior stakeholders
• Partner with Technology and Logistics to deliver business initiatives
• Coordinate launches of new offerings, including approvals, pilots, and marketing to final launch
• Act as central orchestrator, SME, and program owner for Digital Assets initiatives

Key requirements

• Strong Digital Assets business knowledge
• Knowledge of the Cryptocurrency ecosystem; Crypto-native experience preferred
• Ideally 3–7 years of Product Management in finance
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-group delivery experience
• Ability to manage deadlines and build consensus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of regulatory, legal, and balance sheet considerations in Digital Assets
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity about AI applications in workflow optimization with sound judgment and risk alignment
