Overview
As a Location Independent Business Analyst within Vodafone Business Technology Solutions, you’ll shape customer and programme needs into actionable delivery plans. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, capture requirements, and craft integrated plans and statements of work. You drive clarity on assumptions, risks and dependencies to enable smooth delivery. This role offers flexible remote work and impactful work on telecom projects that improve connectivity across communities.

Responsibilities
- Define problems and capture requirements with stakeholders to shape delivery scope
- Develop integrated plans and statements of work or bid content
- Identify assumptions, dependencies and commitments and bring them into clear delivery
- Collaborate with programme teams to prepare for delivery and governance
- Maintain accurate delivery plans using project tools and reporting
- Support delivery governance, risk, and change control processes
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, present options and risks to leadership
- Build and maintain WBS, milestones, and scheduling across complex programmes

- Strong writing and business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, scope definition, process mapping and acceptance criteria
