Business Tax Director

Overview

Senior leadership role driving growth and shaping the UK Business Tax Advisory service. You will lead complex compliance and advisory engagements, expand our mid-market offering, and develop people while upholding our values. You will build trusted relationships with senior clients, influence stakeholders, and help deliver an exceptional client experience. This is a strategic position embedded in a collaborative, inclusive culture with opportunities to influence market presence.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth and market presence in the mid-market tax advisory space
• Lead complex compliance and advisory engagements
• Develop and nurture diverse client relationships at senior levels
• Mentor and develop team members to model company values
• Support expansion of advisory and compliance offerings for mid-market clients
• Demonstrate strong client service and stakeholder management

Key requirements

• ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• extensive experience advising mid-market businesses on corporate tax matters
• proven leadership in delivering complex advisory engagements
• track record of winning work and building senior-level client relationships
