Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electronics for medical devices
  • Solve complex design challenges in regulated environments
  • Contribute to invention and development across diverse device areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on site in Cambridge
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and EN 60601 standards
  • Support product development through prototyping, testing, and documentation
  • Contribute to sustaining a robust design and quality culture
  • Drive technical excellence and mentoring within the team

Key requirements

  • Experience in medical devices or highly regulated fields
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and EN 60601 standards
  • Degree in electronics or related field (preferred; not strictly required if proven track record)
  • Eligible to work in the EU (EU passport or independent visa)
  • Strong electronics design capabilities
  • Proven track record in developing a range of medical devices
