Project Portfolio Manager

Overview

As Project Portfolio Manager you own the strategic direction and delivery health of a portfolio of OTT/TV Everywhere projects. You lead a multi-market team, managing P&L and client relationships across EMEA. You align technology solutions with client roadmaps and drive governance with cross-functional partners. This role offers hands-on leadership, opportunities to shape product delivery at scale, and close collaboration with design, development and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio and programme leadership to deliver technology solutions aligned with client roadmaps
• Programme-manage multiple OTT/TV Everywhere products with a team of Project Delivery Managers
• Coordinate with product owners, architects, engineers and QA across internal and external teams
• Lead, coach and mentor a 10+ person team across EMEA
• Own delivery health and profitability (P&L) at project and client levels
• Manage commercial engagements and contractuals across the portfolio
• Facilitate governance and knowledge sharing through internal tools
• Maintain high-level client relationships and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities throughout engagements

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects up to 12 months with budgets above 2 million
• Agile Scrum and/or Kanban experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication at all organisational levels
• Ability to work through ambiguity, drive process and deliver without direct authority
• Strong understanding of technology, processes, risks, and controls; connects delivery to commercial outcomes
• Strong problem-solving and senior-level decision-making
• Track record of leading and mentoring teams of 10+ across multiple markets
