As Senior Project Delivery Manager, you’ll help build the change delivery capability for EDF Retail. You will lead delivery squads, guide Delivery Owners, and drive high-impact initiatives across cross-functional teams. You’ll manage complex programmes, oversee risks and dependencies, and champion agile ways of working. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Delivery Owners to foster collaboration and high performance
• Drive complex, high-profile change initiatives from planning through adoption
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, regulators, and external partners
• Oversee programmes and projects, managing risks, dependencies, and resources
• Champion continuous improvement and embed best practices across the squad
