Overview
In this Team Manager role within Crisis Services, you will lead a multidisciplinary team across Ripon and surrounding communities to deliver safe, high-quality care while supporting staff development. You will travel between bases to supervise operations and ensure adherence to evidence-based clinical pathways. The role includes budgeting, HR, and contributing to urgent care leadership, within a Trust committed to improving regional mental health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational management and uphold professional standards in patient care
- Ensure adherence to the clinical crisis pathway and maintain quality of care
- Oversee budgeting and financial management, HR procedures, and team leadership
- Contribute to wider leadership within urgent care services
- Travel between bases to cover service needs
Key requirements
- Current professional registration in healthcare or social work or relevant clinical qualification
- Master’s level education in leadership or equivalent clinical experience with CPD
- Trained in Clinical Supervision and Providing Clinical Supervision
- Recognised Practice Assessor/Practice Supervisor
- Significant experience in managing people
- Experience with patients with complex needs and risk behaviours
- Knowledge of Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding, risk assessment, and medicines management
- Experience in QC/QA, quality improvement, and inter-agency partnership working
