Overview
In this role you will manage cost for UK infrastructure projects, applying governance and best-practice to keep budgets on track. You collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver cost control, forecasting and value engineering within programme objectives. You drive accurate forecasts, manage contract change, and guide final accounts to closure. This position offers exposure to a variety of projects within a global professional services firm that focuses on impactful infrastructure outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Establish professional relationships with clients and project teams
- Administer contracts per project objectives and policies
- Provide cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget
- Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams to meet KPIs and deliverables
- Manage contract change and governance while applying best practices
- Improve forecast and budget accuracy
- Provide commercial knowledge and stakeholder support
- Negotiate and agree final accounts
- Lead people and commissions as needed
