Managed Services Consultant – CCaaS

Overview

You enable client success with Sprinklr’s AI-native Unified-CXM platform. In this role you manage deployment configurations, identify gaps, and tailor solutions to client needs, while ensuring ongoing platform relevance and user enablement. You’ll work with Sales, Success, and Services to maximize client value and support growth. The role sits at the intersection of technical configuration and customer enablement, within a culture focused on customer obsession and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize configuration of onboarded Sprinklr clients to ensure ongoing success with the platform
• Identify platform gaps and optimization opportunities and design/configure appropriate solutions
• Maintain platform relevancy with evolving business needs
• Ensure client users are trained and up to date on platform use and best practices
• Provide oversight for software deployment enablement aligned with current architecture and future needs
• Maximize client value from the Sprinklr platform
• Assist Sales and Success teams with client health insights and growth opportunities
• Support Services Directors to optimize client service related to platform performance, enhancements, and configuration

Key requirements

• Experience in enterprise software deployment management and/or implementation
• CCaaS experience essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical background with advanced computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated passion for social media technology
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask
