Overview

As a Manager in Capital Market Operations & Domain Solutions, you drive complex transformation initiatives across capital markets operations. You partner with clients to design operating models, enhance risk controls, and deliver technology-led change. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and translate regulatory and business needs into tangible improvements. Responsibilities

• Design and implement operating models for banks or functions
• Analyze cost bases to identify reduction opportunities
• Oversee process transformation using Lean, process mining, intelligent automation, and analytics
• Manage work streams on large-scale technology programmes
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments, gap analyses, and implementation designs
• Translate regulatory requirements into business transformations and robust controls
• Lead and develop junior team members and contribute to internal projects and business development
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement across engagements

Key requirements

• Strong operations knowledge and change experience in capital markets
• Deep technical or business line experience in areas like Front Office, Onboarding, Reconciliations, Settlements, or Collateral Management
• Experience managing small engagements and teams
• Solid understanding of the project management lifecycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and structured analysis abilities
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience in Digital Transformation, Risk and Regulatory Change, or Technology Delivery
• Knowledge of UK/European regulatory environment and risk management framework
• Experience with agile delivery and large data sets (e.g., trade data)
