Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and buy-to-let
• Develop and maintain relationships with estate agents and third parties
• Provide practical, client-focused advice across the conveyancing process
• Operate with minimal supervision to run cases efficiently

Key requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in residential property and full conveyancing process
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, leasehold and freehold matters
• Strong track record in residential property matters
