Overview

In this role you join Serco’s Technology Hub as a talent pool candidate, connecting with engineers across multiple disciplines. You will explore future opportunities in systems, mechanical, electrical, software, and project engineering while learning how the Hub designs, builds and supports advanced, mission-critical systems. The experience is built on informal conversations, open days, and private discussions to understand how your skills align with Serco’s engineering agenda. You’ll encounter live demonstrations, culture insights, and a path to meaningful, impact-driven work in a collaborative environment.
