Overview

In this role you will drive growth and operational efficiency for Voy by owning end-to-end initiatives that improve the patient journey and unlock new areas of growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and scale efficient processes and measure impact with data-driven insights. You will lead strategic projects from concept through execution and reporting, elevating delivery standards across the organization. This position offers the chance to shape a fast-growing health & wellness startup and contribute to meaningful patient outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Identify and tackle challenges across Voy to build, launch, and scale efficient processes that drive growth
  • Develop and test new approaches to improve patient satisfaction and growth using data-driven insights
  • Own projects from inception to execution, including planning, implementation, and performance reporting
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives to standardize practices and raise delivery quality
  • Assess operational and financial implications of initiatives and iterate strategies over time

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth or related areas
  • Analytics experience with financial modeling and performance tracking
  • Bias for action with a track record of leading initiatives in cross-functional settings
  • Strong generalist capability to shape strategy and dive into issues and processes
  • Structured, organized, and focused work style with cross-functional collaboration (product, tech, marketing, finance, legal)
