As a Senior Building Services Lead in our London team, you will steer complex projects and act as the go-to technical authority for WLCA and LCA. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to shape high-profile designs and deliver tangible outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects across a high-profile portfolio
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder point of contact
• Drive technical excellence in WLCA and LCA
• Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Contribute to shaping project strategy and design decisions

Key requirements

• London-based with UK project leadership experience (5+ years)
• Engineering-related degree or design-oriented background
• Expert technical knowledge in WLCA & LCA (One-Click LCA)
• Experience delivering around sustainability standards (advantageous: BREEAM/NABERS/LEED/WELL)
• Strong communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead on multiple projects within a diverse portfolio
