Overview
In this role you own strategic enterprise relationships to ensure long-term value from Codility. You translate technical product value to engineering leadership and Talent teams, guiding adoption, evaluations, and integration of Codility into hiring workflows. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes and stay ahead of AI-enabled changes in software development. This is an impact-focused, autonomous CS role that blends technical fluency with commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and drive long-term success, adoption, and retention
- Build account plans aligned to customer goals and outcomes, engaging both Talent and Engineering teams
- Lead QBRs and executive reviews, converting usage data into actionable recommendations
- Identify adoption gaps, renewal risks, and expansion opportunities
- Advise engineering teams on best practices for technical assessments, interview workflows, and AI-assisted development
- Manage routine technical conversations independently, involving SE/Product/Support as needed
- Collaborate with Account Management and Solutions Engineering on renewals, expansions, and complex needs
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to shape Codility’s handling of technical customers
- Monitor AI-driven changes in software development and help customers adapt confidently
Key requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar post-sales role in B2B SaaS
- Experience with developer tools, engineering software, cloud/data/security platforms, APIs or similar technical products
- Proven track record managing enterprise/strategic accounts with complex stakeholders and meaningful ARR
- Comfort building relationships with engineering leadership and CTO-level stakeholders as well as Talent teams
- Strong understanding of CS motions: adoption, account planning, customer health, QBRs, renewal risk and expansion
- Technically curious and able to discuss APIs, integrations, developer workflows, and AI’s impact on software engineering
- Strong communication skills translating technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, commercially aware, and capable of working independently in a lean environment
