AI Product Engineer

Overview

In this role you’ll bridge Product and Engineering to design and ship AI-driven features for a growing SaaS platform. You’ll work with product, design and software teams to bring Generative AI capabilities from idea to production, delivering customer-facing experiences. You’ll join a fast-paced environment focused on practical AI products, applied AI workflows and cloud-based solutions. A strong impact comes from shipping features that real users rely on, with autonomy shaping product direction.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI product features used by real customers
• Collaborate with Product and Design to prototype and validate AI experiences
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents and intelligent workflows into SaaS products
• Develop backend services and frontend experiences supporting AI functionality
• Experiment with prompts, evaluation frameworks and AI performance optimisation
• Own features throughout the full product lifecycle from concept to release

Key requirements

• Commercial software engineering experience building modern web applications
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI or LLM integrations
• Strong product mindset with focus on customer experience
• Comfortable across frontend and backend technologies
• Enjoys experimenting, iterating and shipping quickly
