Responsibilities
- Litigation in the Technology & Construction Court
- Adjudications, domestic and international arbitration
- Pre-action protocols
- Strategic troubleshooting and advisory work across the project lifecycle
- Mediation, expert determination and other industry-specific procedures
- Develop and manage junior lawyers
- Contribute to business development and client relationship growth
Key requirements
- 8+ PQE in contentious construction
- Strong track record in complex, high-value disputes
- Proficient across multiple dispute resolution methods
- Ability to autonomously manage a demanding and varied caseload
- Experience supervising or developing junior lawyers
- Willingness to contribute to business development and client relationships
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland
